Payment
Debit or credit card details are required at the time of booking and will be used to authorise the booking only. No deposit will be taken and the room price must be paid in full on departure. Payment of accounts can be made by cash, by cheque accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card, or by debit or credit card. Payment by debit and credit cards will not incur a surcharge. Payment by debit card is preferred.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 am three days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any part of The Old Plough buildings. It is permitted in the grounds, away from the buildings where it does not impact on our other guests.
Pets
Some well behaved pets are permitted in the buildings and grounds by prior arrangement. Pets are not permitted in the breakfast room under any circumstances (guide dogs accepted).
Damage
The Old Plough B&B cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of property from the buildings or from vehicles parked in the grounds, or for damage to vehicles.
Departure
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10.30 am on the morning of departure. Later departure may be possible by arrangement
Faults & Complaints
Any faults or complaints must be reported to the management at the time of the occurrence.
